Forms and email sending

Forms are processed by [Fluent Forms] and notifications are sent via [FluentSMTP] with an email service configured by us. This allows us to receive and reply to your request reliably.

Cookies

Embedded content from other websites

Pages may include embedded content (e.g., maps, videos, posts). Those sites may collect data, use cookies and track your interaction, especially if you are logged in to those services.

Who we share your data with

We share data only when necessary with: (i) providers operating the website and email (hosting, SMTP, technical support) under data-processing agreements; (ii) booking/delivery partners (e.g., DHL) when required to deliver the service; (iii) authorities/official entities when required by law or at your request.

International transfers

Your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), namely to the United Kingdom, in the context of visa processes and related communications. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards (GDPR arts. 44 et seq.).

How long we keep your data

Contract/billing records: 10 years (legal/tax obligations).

Technical logs (security/email-delivery logs): for the time strictly necessary to ensure service security and integrity.
