Terms and Conditions

Global Mobility Services, headquartered at
Estrada de Benfica, nº 722, 1º, 1500-112 Lisbon, operates the
website globalmobilityservices.pt and provides administrative
advisory services for UK visa applications.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern access to and use of the website, as well as the engagement
of our advisory services. By using the site/services, the client declares that they
accept these Terms.

2. Services

We provide administrative advisory support (e.g., form completion, checklists,
appointment booking, submission and follow-up). Only UK Visas and
Immigration (UKVI) has the authority to decide on the grant of visas.

3. Prices and payments

Service prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Government fees and commercial partner fees
(e.g., visa centres/courier) are not included in our fees and are
the client’s responsibility. Payment is due under the terms agreed with the client,
and an invoice is issued after payment confirmation.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Government/UKVI fees and commercial partner fees are
non-refundable. If the client cancels the advisory service after
work has begun, a proportional amount may be charged for the work performed.
We are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, strikes or other events beyond
our control.

5. Client obligations

Provide information that is truthful, complete and up to date; meet deadlines;
ensure the authenticity of documents; follow the guidance we provide. Failure to do
so may affect the quality of the service and the outcome of the process.

6. Limitation of liability

We act with accuracy and due diligence, but we do not guarantee visa approval.
The decision lies exclusively with UKVI. We are not liable for legal changes,
third-party failures, service interruptions, data loss due to force majeure, or
misuse of the site by the user.

7. Intellectual property

Website content (texts, images, logos) belongs to Global Mobility Services or
licensed third parties. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our
Privacy Policy. Clients should read it
before using the services.

9. External links

The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for
their content, policies or practices.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one
published on the website, with the update date shown at the end of this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Portuguese law applies. In the event of a dispute, and without prejudice to
mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts of [indicate venue,
